Did you know that only 2.6% of Memphis families living in poverty ever escape poverty! Mrs. Budget Boss has been established as a 501(c)3 since 2015. Our primary PARTNERS is "I Can't Coaching and ICC Life Coach Institute."
WE turn poverty into prosperity, focusing on Mind, Mood, and Money (I Can't Coaching motto) and life planning for the underserved communities in Memphis and surrounding areas via our STAND-UP Shelby County Project. We have also donated hundreds of backpacks full of supplies to the underserved communities in rural areas via our backpack drive "Niecy's Hands on Us."

Devorah Sutton, BSHA
Devorah is a community advocate with work ethics and integrity, always striving to do the right things.
She is a liaison who is able to obtain clarification to communication barriers promoting accountability
and responsibility.
She is a TN Notary Public and Certified Life Coach specializing in conflict resolution and mediations. She
has a Bachelors in Health Administration and worked for Regional One Health for 20yrs.
Devorah is also an Authoress and has an intervention program that she is very passionate about named
Sutton One ‘Rites of Passage’. She seeks to make a difference in the lives of our youth and young adults
creating positive interactions within youth and family relationships.

Growing up in poverty, having no clue of what prosperity looked, smelled to taste like, very little exposure to what it was like to have Money for the bare necessities, and sometimes living in a house with no light, gas and water is my WHY behind this Stand-Up Shelby County initiative! Determined to be the change that needs to be seen in the unserved communities is an understatement. I have turned my poverty into prosperity and have a team and a formula to help others learn the rules of the money game and break generational inabilities that have held many people hostage to their "hoods."

Did you know that some people do not know, UNDERSTAND, or VALUE money? I'm sure you've heard it before "MONEY grows on trees." This is mainly due to not having enough Money, over spending Money, or not knowing how to properly use Money as a tool. We focus on preventing financial struggles, the importance of multiple streams of income, entrepreneurship, life skills, preventing incarnation and, embrace their own uniqueness.

Mrs. Budget Boss Organization (Nonprofit 501(C)3) mission is to turn poverty into prosperity, preventing debt and poverty before ever spending a dollar in underserved communities and to close the financial G.A.P. between the inner city and suburbia areas providing a life plan, personal development, and financial literacy services.
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?!
Our course is NOT your ordinary financial literary course. Our Executive Director is the C.E.O. of the FIRST & Only Globally Accredited life coaching school in Memphis and surrounding areas. They are led by well-trained Certified Professional Life Coaches that are experts in their respected areas of expertise. We have graduated COACHES in 9 different countries and 29 states from all walks of life, such as teachers, therapists, doctors, human resource managers, and more.
Our team delivers services online and offline, providing coaching and our Money Don't Grow on Trees services, preparing them for a successful future. We will also keep track of the student's progress, and those who successfully complete the program will have an opportunity to make extra income. Our goal is to cut down on crime, provoke self-awareness, and become more emotionally intelligent, resulting in a better quality of life-changing the generational inabilities that hinder traditional positive changes.
All of our board members are I.C.F. Certified Professional Life Coaches. This is especially important when helping navigate through unprecedented times.
Why are Donations significant?
We served the underserved communities with the goal of offering our services for FREE for the individuals who need them! We will conduct fundraisers and partnerships to ensure that everyone receives the same quality content and context. We do, however, need partnership support to expand our reach. Stand-Up Shelby County initiative definitely is the change we need to see in our communities.

“I was a teenage mother and have been on my own since I was fifteen years old. I know what it is like to be without four walls, three meals, two parents and only me. Motherhood started at the age of eighteen years old. It was just my son and I on the college campus of Lemoyne Owen College trying to figure this thing called life out. Nobody told me what to do or how. Being the first to graduate from high school and college was the catalyst to breaking the generational inability of high school dropouts. After graduating from college I became a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, C. E.O. of a global Coaching Business (I Can’t Coaching,LLC), The first and only Globally Accredited Life Coaching School in our area (ICC Life Coach Institute), Mrs. Budget Boss Organization 501(c)3 and an online business school. My sons, 21 and 19 year old twins are all graduates from high school and have almost $20k saved, investment accounts (with their own money) and working their life plan (military, college and entrepreneurial route) based on their needs and wants for their unique paths.
